‘Pray for each other’ – A happy soul in a time of crisis (IV)

(IV) Suggested Action Plan

As we have already seen, unfortunately, both personal prayers and those made for others have become short, shallow, superficial and unburdened. What would be the solution to such a problem? I propose you a Planned, Progressive and Monitored Practice (PPM) of prayer.

  • PLANNED PRAYER – Set alarms on your phone to remember to pray. You can also create a notebook where you can write different reasons for prayer that you can approach and divide them into different prayers (for example, in the morning, you can pray for personal problems, in the evening you can pray for your family and relatives).
  • PROGRESSIVE PRAYER – Start with 2 prayers a day, in the morning and in the evening, and then slowly increase the number. A gradual increase in this direction will help you not to give up even from the beginning!
  • MONITORED PRAYER – Monitor before and after each prayer what you feel, you can even write this in the notebook where you write down the reasons for the prayer. You will see that gradually, you will feel a closer relationship with God, which will improve your well-being, will motivate you, and you will even see an improvement in terms of personal, professional, etc. goals.

Be blessed and always covered in the Father’s love!
